Aleš Volek

CEO

Aleš played junior hockey until 1989 for HC Sparta Prague. From 1990 to 1997 he played professional hockey in Germany. From 1999 to 2002, he worked as a scout for the NHL team at the Ottawa Senators. Subsequently, Aleš Volek founded his own agency ALVO, which currently represents more than 100 hockey players operating in the best hockey leagues in Europe and North America. In 2007, ALVO joined the CAA - the best sports agency in the world.

Lukáš Hronek

Hockey Agent

Lukas started playing hockey, when he was 5 years old with Slavia Prague hockey team. After participating in the World Championships "18" in 2000, he was given the first opportunity in Czech Extraleague. He started at the "20" World Championships in Pardubice and Hradec Králové 2001/2002. He went through the Extraleague in Litvínov. During the NHL lockout, he played Extraleague in Dukla Jihlava team. He spent most of his career with the Slavia Prague hockey team, where he won the Extraleague title in 2003. After a foreign engagement in 2010, where he was playing in Nitra, he decided to end his active career. However, he stayed with hockey and started working as a hockey agent at ALVO.

Jaroslav Balaštík

Hockey Agent

Jarda grew up playing hockey in Uherské Hradiště, went through all the junior national teams, played at the U18 European Championships and the U20 World Championships. During his career, he became one of the icons of Zlín hockey, where he won the crown of the top scorer of the extra league three times and added two championship titles in 2004 and 2014. He also played three times in the Senior World Championships and in 2006 significantly helped the Czech national team to silver medals. Jaroslav also enriched his career with NHL starts in the Columbus Blue Jackets. He also worked abroad in Sweden and Finland, where he won a bronze medal. In the 2011 season, he became a member of the Hockey Shooters' Club. In the summer of 2015, Jarda decided to end his rich playing career and started working for the ALVO agency, which represented him during his career.

Maxim Volek

Hockey Agent/Marketing Manager

Maxim started playing hockey at the Prague club in Letňany, where he worked as a younger junior. After that he played competitive floorball in the Prague club Chodov and in the first league team Start Kunratice, where he actively played for 3 seasons. He is currently a student at the Faculty of Law in Pilsen and at the same time started working for the ALVO agency and helps young players to develop. He is also a Marketing Manager at the agency.

Zbyněk Zavadil

Youth Development Advisor

After his active career, when he played hockey for Slavia Prague, Olomouc and Trebic, Zbyněk worked as a coach at HC Slavia Prague, where he became one of the most successful coaches. Under his guidance, players like Tomáš Vlasák, David Volek, Petr Bříza and many other top hockey players grew up. In 2009 he worked in the expert group of PhDr. Luděk Bukač. He is one of the leading hockey experts and uses his experience in ALVO to develop young players. From 2002 until now he has been working as a coach in HC Letňany.

Radek Duda

Skills Coach

Radek took his first hockey steps in Sokolov, where he was born. He then moved to Sparta Prague and went through the national teams and played at the U18 European Championship and the U20 World Championship. He also played in the Canadian junior competition WHL. In 1998 he was drafted by the NHL club Calgary Flames. He then returned to Europe, where he played in Russia, Sweden, Finland and Switzerland. In 2003 he won the championship title with Slavia Prague and the same year he also played at the World Championship. He is now actively involved in the development of players’ skills in the HC Bílí Tygři Liberec organization and also assists players of our ALVO sport management agency.

Aleš Pařez

Fitness trainer

After twenty years in the USA and England, Ales returned to the Czech Republic, where he helps elite athletes get to a higher level of fitness training. He is also the fitness coach of the HC Bílí Tygři Liberec team and takes care of the preparation of our agency's clients. At the same time he is involved in a five-year training program of the elite coaching academy C.H.E.K Insititute (USA). NSCA (USA) - Personal trainer, Premier (UK) - Gym instructor, University of Alaska (USA) - Bachelor degree C.H.E.K Insitute (USA) - Practitioner Level 1, Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 3 and Golf Performance Specialist

Dominik Kodras

Fitness trainer

Dominik is the founder of STACA, a strength training academy. Over the course of his career, he has trained 6 professional sports teams and has had over 70 athletes from several different sports pass through his hands. Among them we can find players who have played in the NHL, KHL, Extraleague or the Swiss and Swedish top competition. There are also participants in the World and European Championships, footballers from the Czech Republic and other European competitions, athletics, karate, motocross, muay-thai and MMA. At the beginning of November 2020, he started to work as a fitness coach for the senior national team of the Czech Republic.
